Aggregation on multiple collection/projects (with different rules)

Hi,

Just a question regarding the connection to TFS in the XML configuration file. You only need to specify the URL to the collection, that does imply aggregation will be performed on all projects in that collection? And only aggregation on a single collection (the one you specified)? You are thus not able to specify different rule for different projects and/or collections

Any clarification will be greatly appreciated

Thank you

When I first coded this project it took a whole TFS Server.

Some people reported that it would not work unless they put in a specific collection. I could not repro this.

When I was making a build for TFS 2012, I experienced that. But no one has asked for multi-collection support, so I did not worry about it.
You are thus not able to specify different rule for different projects.
There is currently no way to differentiate between projects that use the same work item types.

Thank you very much for your reply. And again, thank again for the super tool.

As a coder, let me know how I can possibly help with the tool :)

Thanks

You can actually do this. Just specify a Condition with the Team Project name

EX:
<Conditions>
      <Condition leftField="Team Project" operator="EqualTo" rightValue="Project Root Name"/>
</Conditions>
